Privacy or account deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app at Settings → Account → Delete account. For step-by-step instructions, see Delete account.

Is Lumo free?
Yes — you can install Lumo and start your first course at no cost. We may add optional paid features in the future.
Which Bible translation does Lumo use?
Lumo currently uses the World English Bible (WEB) for English content. We are working on adding more translations.
How do I change my reminder time?
Open Settings → Notifications in the app to change or turn off your daily reminder.
How do I change the app language?
Open Settings → Language in the app. Lumo currently supports English, Italian, and Hungarian.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? to receive a reset link by email.
Can I use Lumo offline?
Lessons need a connection the first time you open them. Some content is cached for repeat viewing, but a working connection is recommended.
